Eric, this is beautiful. The composition and subject are great. It looks quite scary to me, to be up so high and just dangle your feet over the edge! I think the dog really gives the added emphasis of depth to the image. Lovely clear sharp image with vibrant colours, interesting frame.

Yes, I was in Mykonos last June of 2000. Well, I posed and was in the picture most of the time then. That's what I liked to do then. It is only this past 1 year and a half that I have discovered that I have this penchant for taking picture. I am pretty young in photography and pretty old to pose in front of the camera. lol

Hum... how can you make a poetic image with a dog? You made it! I think that the dog is thinking to his whole life, all what it made of good and of bad... think to his ancient girlfriend, ... etc... :)
Very nice composition, good use of DOF, great colors. Calming image. I really like it simplicity. Very effective.

eric, what is this look in his eyes ? one belives in karma and nothing else..he must have been reborn as a dog after one of his artistocratic lives in Greek sites of the Med before..(:)..I wrote a lot now)..lovely, lovely..

Ce soir je m'extasie devant les vraies valeurs de l'existence, la nature, les animaux, les fleurs ... ça ne va pas durer, autant en profiter !
Blague à part, ta photo est très belle, je retrouve les belles couleurs et la magnifique lumière des Cyclades. J'y suis allée une fois mais pas à Mykonos, à Sérifos, une île où personne ne va ... une idée de mon ex.
