[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On the way from Bodrum (Turley) to the Island of Kos (Greece).

Kos or Cos (36°51′N 27°14′E, Greek: Κως; Turkish: İstanköy; Italian: Coo; formerly Stanchio in English) is a Greek island in the Dodecanese group of islands, in the Aegean Sea, which it separates from the Gulf of Cos. It measures 40 km by 8 km, and is only 4 km from the coast of Bodrum in Turkey. The island has both fertile plains and infertile highlands. Population: 30,500.

The island is part of a chain of mountains from which it became separated after earthquakes and subsidence that occurred in ancient times. These mountains include Kalymnos and Kappari which are separated by an underwater chasm 40 fathoms deep, as well as the volcano of Nisyros and the surrounding islands.

Hello Stefaan!

Great composition , and what a perfect day for a day at sea. Well not so perfect , as a bit more wind would help using the sails instead of the negine. But a superb mood for a great photo.
Well done !
Robert
