| The next best thing to being a butcher's dog must be a Taverna owner's dog.We saw this dog many times around the tavernas and port area of Hania. We saw him dining with the holiday makers, picking the meat off a souvlaki stick. We even saw him snoozing outside the cathedral as a funeral was in progress. He was the only mourner without a care in the world. |

Very good shot with a great titel and note.
Thanks for sharing it:)
The title caught my eye before the picture, but I'm glad I checked it out. Definately gave me a chuckle - this is one contented dog! I like the comparison between the snoozing dog and the hustle and bustle in the background. Nice opportunistic picture.
Thanks for sharing

Hi Bev,
Funny title, I like that story of a pig-to be dog...
I like the parallel (?) between the animal and the people touring there.

Bev,
heheheh....this one made me laugh!
I have also seen dogs like this and it makes me wonder what the owner looks like!
Nice timely capture and well presented with the notes!
