At my recent Christmas trip to Prague, it was my first time who flight with an airoplane and I was very lucky to had a seat to the window! :)

This is a part of my home island, Evia, from 33,000 feet or 10,000 meters! You can see Oxthonia mountain at the lower left side, the golf of Kimi at the center and a bit upper, the snowed high mountain is Dirfis, the highest mountain of Evia island.

It was a very nice surprise and exprerience for me to see my homeland from high! Sorry for some dirty spots. There are from the window!

That's the advantage of an island : you can see it and recognise it from up there. It's different when you cross a border... it's realy nothing, an imaginary line.
I can imagine you feel proudness and love, so you're quite right to capture this whenever you can.

Well done Μπάμπη; I didn't realise that Evia had snowed mountains too. Nice to see it from up there, thanks for sharing.

Παρ'όλον ότι οι συνθήκες για φωτογράφηση με από αεροπλάνο δεν είναι ιδανικές, έχεις κατωρθώσει να βγάλεις μια πολύ ωραία φωτό. Μπράβο!
