Nothing wrong with her standing on your way. The boat is good, but the lady looks way better... wink wink. If we really critique you here.. the only thing that I find disturbing with the entire photo is the girl swiming on the right hand side. It takes away from the boat and the girl.

Hi Mark
Well, three options.
1. Shift your view slightly left to include her left arm and some space beside her, so that she is part of your subject.
2. Ask her to gaze out to sea for your shot (or turn around and face you, if she's that way inclined.)
3. Tell her to get out of your photo.
Colours and sharpness are lovely anyway, it has a real sense of beachside heat.
