Living in a modern way
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
It's sad to see your hometown's traditional old houses collapsed and these modern "monster" taking their places.
Well, that's the modern way of living. I don't like it but that's life.
Anyway, some of these big and high "monsters" are beautiful, like this one, under a cloudy sky. Do you agree? |

This is a nice building, Μπάμπη. Ok, it's sad to see beautiful but old houses are being torn down to replace them, but this one really isn't too bad. I'd like to see a more distant view, as the 18mm renders some perspective distortion and it's difficult to "imagine" the way the building looks like standing in front of it.

I love your country, just back from a Cruisse
Yassou Mpampis !
I wish these would look as neat and well built as this one. The appartments seems to be very well lighted. They must enjoy a terrific view all day long.
Difficult to avoid these towers these days , as population is increasing everywhere. I don not see you living in China (^_*).
Technically, I wish too, you could have taken the same building a bit further away. That being said, you could have been against a wall already ....
Old buildings are nice, I agree. New ones are often too expensive. The costs of materials are increasing too fast. thanks to the price of oil, increasing transportation costs at all levels. But they are often more practical, and better insulated.
Cheers!
Robert
