[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
An insignificant place till then, Mystras came into history in 1249, when it was fortified by Guillame Villeardouine, the French duke of Peloponnese. In 1262 it was yielded to the Emperor Michael 8th Palaiologos. From the middle of 14th century to 1460, when it surrender to the Turks, it had been the capital of the Greek seigniory of Peloponnese and a centre of culture. Today, a lot of its Byzantine buildings exist and some of them are under restoration.
The church of Agioi Theodoroi was built between 1290 and 1298 by abbot Daniel and Pachomios, the great chancellor of Peloponnese's diocese.
Photo shot on colour film and printed. Print was scanned on a flatbed scanner and processed in Photoshop (been converted to grayscale mode and sepia toning added).

(I also posted the original version as a WS photo.)

Hello Theologos! Very interesting sharp and filter. Very original picture. Regards!

Theo, hi,
Very impressive shot with a traditionally beautiful POV.
The sepia creates a particular atmosphere.
Congrats.
