...although i do not really have the feeling when i
throw an old bottle of wine in the glass container..*g*

This nice recycling center i found in Athens -
you could put the "usual" stuff in there like bottles
and tin cans, but what i really found interesting and
somehow amusing was a small hole on the side: mobile phones!

Never seen something like that before - how is it in other countries?

Here in cologne we have big 4 trash cans in front of
every house: a blue one for paper, a yellow one for
plastic and metal, a brown one for organic stuff like
old plants and grass and a green one for all the rest,
and on special places glass containers for white, green and brown glass.

Never saw such a hole in my neighbourhood ;-)
Our sorting is similar, we use plastic bags or we can bring it to a kind of " waste park ".
