I admit not a very good shot, it looks tilted (which i
think is not because the statue looks straight, must be
the perspective), grainy from the ISO1600 (a little
noise reduction with NeatImage was done though), but it
makes me smile every time i see it.
This was taken inside the National Archaeological
Museum of Athens in the basement on the way to the
toilets and a very nice garden.
I guess they just have too many artifacts and needed the space for the scuplture.
******************
The National Archaeological Museum of Athens houses
some of the most important artifacts from a variety of
archaeological locations around Greece from prehistory
to late antiquity. It is considered one of the great
museums in the world and contains the richest
collection of artifacts from the Greek antiquity
worldwide. It is situated in the Exarhia area in
central Athens between the streets Epirus, Bouboulina
and Tositsa while its entrance is on the Patission
Avenue adjacent to the historical building of the Athens Polytechnic.
The current location was proposed and the construction
of the museum's building began in 1866 and was
completed in 1889 using funds from the Greek
Government, the Greek Archaeological Society and the society of Mycenae.
The museum has an imposing neo-classical design which
was very popular in Europe at the time and is in full
accordance with the classical style artifacts that it
houses. The initial plan was conceived by the architect
Ludwig Lange and it was later modified by Panages
Kalkos who was the main architect, Harmodios Vlachos
and Ernst Ziller. At the front of the museum there is a
large neo-classic design garden which is decorated with sculptures.

Humourous. TFS. K2
That is a totally cool capture! I just love it, and the title! Little trivia: there are traces of paint seen in the hair. Greek marbles were painted originally, but little of it can be seen after all this time.
For the tilt: I did a WS, check it out here, hope you like it.
Cheers
Otto
Great ! Very funny Thorsten.
Special " composition ".
Did you make other ones : different POV ?

Thorsten, this is a funny scene indeed and you captured it well. The tilt is part tilt, part lens distortion because you shot at close range (17mm). I also see you used manual white balance here, and to me the white balance is off here. I tried to correct that in a quick ws.
A magnificent statue, isn't it? A pity they tuck it away between the phones...
