This picture was taken in the island of Thera (Santorini) in the community of Oia (O-ya). There are two communities in Santorini, Fira and Oia. Oia is a new developing city north of Santorini.
I posted this photo because I observed that during my tour of the island the women outnumbered the men. My guess is it is at 4 to 1 proportion! Is it because this island is full of jewelry stores?
