[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Walking around the old town of Skopelos through very narrow steep alleyways at almost every turn you find a small old church. By turning a corner and rising a little you are often on a level with the roof lie. Many of these old buildings have their roofs constructed from simple grey flat stone slabs, overlaid like fish scales to keep out the weather and possibly to keep the interior cool.
