I like this photo. It's a good idea and I love guittars :))
I just think that the grains didn't really work fine here. You didn't put any details about it on your note... Anyway, In my opinion (very humble one), it could look better if you focus on the foreground and let the background fade, soft. It can be good too...

Nice. I love these types of photos. I did many my self too! So many nice patterns and abstract photos in instruments. Your composition and DOF are very good. I wish it were a little sharper but it doesn't bother me that much. Nice idea. Keep taking these! JP

Good idea, original PoV and I like the blurring and DoF. Strat or Tele? I've got one of each and they're both great guitars.
