Hello everybody,

This is a shot I took on my way to Agistri. The gulls follow the ship throughout the whole trip and people feed them.

I hope you like this photo.

have a great week,
Constantinos

PS: Angistri, also Agistri and Ankistri or Agkistri (Greek: αγκίστρι, English: "fishing hook") is a very small island community in the Saronic Gulf in Piraeus Prefecture, Greece. Angistri is a pine-covered island only a few kilometres across.

Hi Constantinos,
Unbeliaveble sharp picture, and great timing - excellent work. Only thing that bothers me it that just the nose and lips of the man are showing - for me it would looke better if you had kept at least half his face, or had cut a little behind his eyes - not almost everything. Or, on the contrary, had taken his face completeley out and had cropped until you had only the hand and the bird´s head.
But again, excellent timing.

Hi Constantinos,
You have a great capture here of this seagull landing to take the biscuit.
Great shapness and lighting, but I'm afraid you didn't try anything to improve this fabulous presentation.
I'm enclosing a WS where I cropped and framed the picture.
Good try.
Regards,

Francis Xavier

Hello Constantinos,
very amazing shot, sharp & detailed. You have a very firm hand.
Ciao, Elena

Having taken seagull shots myself, I know how difficult it is to get a good one - so congratulations on your timing and the excellent sharpness of this shot, your focus is spot-on.

Composition is good but I can't help wishing you'd shifted the camera to the right and slightly upwards - to eliminate the nose-and-mouth from the lower left of the frame, and to include the full span of both wings within the shot.

Hi Constantinos,
This is magnificent photo and it just shows again how good people and nature are in Greece. I adore Greece and everything from it.
Anyway, great moment, perfect timing. Frame itself could capture face of this old man, but still, this is a beautiful picture!

All the best from Serbia!
