The dinner is over...

A big company of happy persons opposite of our table was over their rich greek dinner and left the table alone waiting for the waitress to pick up the empty plates.

Here in Greece we eat a lot! We're gourmet people as you can see. I took this shot with the maximum zoom I have (70mm). I liked the mood and the view at the background.

Not too much pp in this one: cropped, straight the horizon a bit and did a little color saturation. USM of course as I resized the photo from 3008 pixels to 800 to fit the standards of TL.

This is the first of the 4 photos I'll post with greek food we ate at Agia Kyriaki. :) Stay tuned!

Yes, I have to agree with you. We also enjoy the greed cusine and the ambiance in the restaurants. Greeks are happy people, and enjoy company. Thanks... may be greek food for us tonight. LOL

Excellent PoV, though we can't see much of what's left of the food, so we'll have to take your word for it that it was tasty. As for the wine, some people left their glasses filled so I think maybe they chose the wrong one ? Anyway, TFS.

Nice daily shot. I love it. Simple, natural and beautiful as your food!

Coincidence ! Tonight, Martine and me went to our favorite local restaurant. Simply called LE GREC ! . It offers of course some traditional Greek food, but it also serves North american typical cuisine too . I enjoy both.

Martine and me also add our wedding intimate meal there a few ago.

One day , we will live the real greek Gourmet experience in your great country. 2008 will be the year All going well for my 50th anniversary.....

Our host Constantinos, is the owner of one of the most well known Greek restaurant between Montreal and Quebec City.

I know him for more than 23 years now. Like in the movie My big Greek Fat weddding, he is now passing slowly the business to his sons and daughters.....
