Not a mermaid but my cousin once again =), who posed for me on this gloomy day at the beach. It was sundown and I only got a few shots. She was so into it, posing here and there, getting splashed by the waves she didnt care at all! It was kind of funny.
In the end, I was glad we did the "shoot", it was an experience...

finally! :P
Great shot Sophia. I like your composition a lot. Great pose too. Nice moody lighting too. I look forward to more. :)

Nice pose and a very good composition. A pitty there's a little fault in the frame on the left side. Otherwise it would be perfect!!!

sophia,
she is posing very natural, like saying 'and god created her finally';her curves are smilar to the shape of the tree, nicely captured.
regards

Hi Soph!! This is some pose! Like the Madonna in ecstasy. Great composition with the trunk leading us right to her.

BTW, It's 9:30 AM on December 20 and the MTA is on strike!!! I can't go to work!! (more like I called in absent cause there was no way i was going to walk from brooklyn to midtown in this freezing cold!)

Hi Sophia,
great portrait B&W looks great and nicely composed.
Aaron.

Hi Sophia,
Great portrait B/N.
Thanks :)

Alexandra is a natural at this kind of thing.
This is a good shot, it shows her passion for posing and your eye for a good shot, although I suggest you avoid the temptation to place your subject in the middle of the photo ... you'll get a more dramatic feeling to the shot if you do that.
Nice work though
