Beautiful landscape. The tree is in just the right place. Excellent exposure has retained the softness of the snow. Definetly one to be framed and hung upon your waqll.

Nice winter landscape. There is some kind of magical effect when snow mixes with nature, and your pictures captures that.

This is magical Tom!!!..it looks mighty cold with the thick snow on the branches in the foreground.

Beautiful picture, ToM, and we cannot get bored after only two winter pictures!!! This is another very nicely composed picture showing all of the beauty of winter. Nice contrast between the river and the snow. Good light and great colours. Excellent!

This is definately one of my favourites photos! Fantastic landscape and image!!
Snowy landscapes are my favourite, too, but unfortunately in Athens is difficult to see something like thta. We have to travel some kms. So, I'm to see snow through your photos.

Hi Tom, I will never tire of shots of winter. There are many who don't know that the majority of the states on the southe eastern seaboard of Australia have snow, with my disability I am unable to get to the snow country and take shots such as this. Beautiful image, well composed and great PP work. Many thanks for sharing a small part of your world.

All of your pictures are magnificent. On my opinion this is one of the best. Some of the most brilliant winter-scapes I have ever seen. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful, great colors especially the river, nearly golden.

Nice... very calm and just... nice. :)

Beautiful use of white, the heavens really did grace the earth huh? What strikes out to me about this photo is the water, and the colour- such an interesting brown/leathery colour. I'd have understood if it were black or even gray, but I'd never have expected brown! Whatever, doesn't matter... waht does matter is it suits this shot so nicely, a very unique touch. My favourite part to this photo is by far those trees in the back- very soft and just lovely. :)
