This is a marvelous water-color interpretation! I love effects on the surfaces of the buildings, highlighting their smooth features and their textured materials, giving us full visual impressions without crisp line detail. Charming, charming, charming!

Mmm... also the blue balloon and the (backside of) the traffic signs are contradicting the desired effect, Janos...
I do like the effects you applied, but if your goal is to take us back in the 18th century, I'm afraid it doesn't really work.
