Back into the '90s !
This was an experimental long exposure shot (as I remember 1 minute)
I had to crop the pic because lightnings don't know anything about composition.
I converted it to B&W because the pic was too noisy and this way these 3 massive strikes seems even more dramatic as well.

I liked, beautiful work, beautiful shot
Congratulations for the picture
In spite that also this picture to you blush, it should be
very beautiful, the fury of the nature.

Yes, you're right that lightnings don't know anything about composition. Thank God you do! :)

In my country is very hard to take scene like this, Good job Tom!

This is one shot, I've never taken the time to capture. Your notes help me and gave me the idea to try it next time ...we have a storm. Thanks for sharing

Wow ! Do you have it in color ?

Impressive shot Tom, very good choice of B&W and you were extreemly lucky to get the triple strikes.
Well done!

Hi ToM,
I'm with everyone else..WOW!
Good idea to convert it to B&W as it gives is a very dramatic feel to it.
Well done :)

wow !!!!!!!!!!! hope you weren't outside during this storm ;o)
I had missed this one ....
B&W adds a lot of drama ... a really excellent shot !!!
you were more than lucky ... yeah I’m jealous ;o) ... the number of times I’ve tried to get something similar ... but lightings are such strange models ;op

Excellent effet dramatique. L'éclair prend naissance au-dessus du nuage qui semble faire office de "chaudron du diable" et explose en-dessous.
Superbe!
Nina

WOW !!!!! What is this ?
Is a great shot, just in time, an perfect experiment.

A wonderful capture! I am having trouble now with shooting lightning with Digital. Any suggestions. I would like to know more about the equipment used, F/stop and ISO. I really like the shot however as it grabs my attention and I have an affinity to lightning. Always have! Anyway, great job!

Awesome, great capture as you perfectly anticipated it. Bravo and cheers.

Thanks,
Jeffrey

Hi Tom! Multiple lightning. You captured it just in time. The B&W is fine. It would be good also in color. I like how you framed the elements.
TFS,
Freddie :)
