I like the milky color of the water, it's something not seen to often in shots like this.

I agree with starkey666: this kind of photo is unique and somewhat rare here.

Very nice, the motion of the water is portrayed well, and the colour makes it almost look like liquid metal.

Striking image. The milky water is interesting, but the rocks are a thing of pure joy. Are they solid lumps of silver? Did you take any home with you - I know I would have!!
Another interesting point is the way the shot is actually composed... the rocks frame the water, moreover the water flow leads the eye down the to the bottom of the image creating movement. Often with long exposures of water, the water looks like smoke and becomes too whispy or static. I think you just about did it with this one.
From a critical perspective... I think that if you brought out the green moss a little more, you could improve the general balance. Also Although your description was very enlightening in terms of location which is great, I would like to know a bit of detail about shutter speed and f-stop set up. I am trying to learn from you, so need all the information on how you did it.
Anyway, I hope this has been of use

This is incredible and would be perfect on trekearth or treknature too!
I'm willing to bet that that was the actual colour of the water? Maybe even the actual consistency?
Thanks for sharing this very intriguing photo!

I do not know how you've done that! The rocks look like steel casting and the water like cream!!

Those rocks are amazing! Years of glaciation and water have made them so smooth! On a different note, did anyone else think of Charlie And The Chocolate Factory?
