Nice and simple, I love the warm Christmasy glow against a black background. And yes, these are called "halos" :). I would crop a sliver off the right just to center the halo exactly. Good POV though with the halo at a perfect tilt to get all the detail. TFS!

It does look christmassy. Nice handling of the light with a nice neutral BG. Good sharp details. Nicely done

Simple but effective picture - has an abstract quality to it which I like. Colours contrast well against the black background.
