Dus het enige dat ze nog uit moeten vinden is hoe de rotte-eieren lucht geneutraliseerd kan worden.

We vroegen ons al af of je dit ook had gezien, toen we een reportage op het Travel Chanel zagen.
Een erg indrukwekkend landschap en dat gat op de voorgrond is een beetje spooky, alsof het oneindig diep is.
Dank je, heb ik weer even van genoten.

Great photo of the geothermal energy plant, I can see that this time you were lucky with the weather. The sky looks pretty, while the exposition of the snow spots are also good.
It's a pleasure to see this cheap and environment-friendly way of producing energy. TFS.

Hi Anneke,

It's a beneficial information you shared with us here . .
The picture shows the idea on how they pump the water from the inner part of the earth . . Definitely it has smell of sulphur which for certain people can't handle it . . and yes, you are right, feeling not clean water . .

Hello Anneke, nice presentation along with informative note. I can understand what you all would've gone thru' with that sulphur smell water as I also once had the same experince when toured a town of Indian Himalayas where we had to use water of one sulphur geyser!

Something definately "alien" about this landscape - give the sky another colour and it could be another world. Interesting composition and lots of points of interest across the picture and I love the contrast in colours.

Hi Anneke.
Well thanks so much for thinking of me while you posted this geoscience and energy related photo. That is my "thing" and you did not even know it -- or maybe you did?
I've watched a couple CDs about Iceland from the library and note that it might be raining lots. I also noted how the sky can be a lot brighter and therefore the need for a ND Grad filter as you advised me.
This photo is a good documentary photo. Very crisp. The note is cute and informative. Thanks so much for all your encouragement. TFS. Karin
