| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
As all students, i too get bored studying the explicit mysteries of trigonometry. As a result I ended up with this photo.
Since it's taken with a camera with a not so good macro function it has this strange focus and that's why I like it... it's so ... endless... |

Hi Helga,
This is a wonderful shot. Quite interesting in its abstract-ness. Its also interesting that you could also use a deeper DOF for this shot and achieve a different, but quite similar effect.
I'm thinking this is a notebook?
most macro has a low depth of field.
but there are ways around it.
for instance, I see that your shot was f/2.8
well if you where to chank it up to the other end, say F8 or larger.
that would give you a much large DOV.
being that your shot was 1/8 of a sec, it was
probably resting on the table good cause the timing would go up too.
when I got my new camera that was the first thing I tested was the DOV of the macro.
and the DOV of telephoto.

the result is important Helga. And this is an extra ordinary shot.
welcome on TL.
Hope to see more from you.
