Hi Jimmy,
Perfect sunset composition from Galway, a really nice Irish town. :) Soon I will upload my photos from that place. The dark clouds and the enlightened colourful houses look great in one composition. The townscape is peaceful and calm, tones are beautiful. I can also agree with the panoramic format and the simple borders. TFS!
Greetings,
Kristof

Hi James,
A wonderful photo where the late light really gave the photo mood. I love the dark sky behind the warm iluminated houses. The low tide still allowed from some reflection on the water.

Niek

Hello James,

A scenic shot with well reflected mood! The sharpness and POV are just great. The cloudy sky gives great mood to your picture, including contributions from multicoored houses and the water in the stormy weather...just a fairy-tale kindof feelings I am getting while looking your composition. Great work!

Thanks for posting.

Great capture of the light in this picture. Nice saturated colours and a sky "symetric" with the water. Well done

Bonjour James,

Même si les couleurs paraissent accentuées ce cliché est superbe, la lumière qui subsistent sous ces nuages menaçant, nous offre un tableau très vif, avec de superbes contrastes et une grande profondeur!!!
Amitiés
odile

your pp work has capitalised on the warm lighting and created a lovely atmospheric shot Good job

Hello James

Very nice utilization of Golden hour! nicely taken.
They warm colors makes it stands out!
I am not sure about the sky color, may be a polarizer filter helped in the case? :)

Cheers
JZM

Hi Jimmy

A superb coastal view, with nice repetition of the tenement houses, & excellent sharpness, lighting contrasts, & framing. Tfs!

Hello Jimmy
You have caught excellent light which contrasts very well with the moody grey skies which you associate with Connacht. The row of houses show fine perspective, beautiful mood throughout.
Well done and regards
Jim

Hi Jim,
Missed this posting if you, sorry. Perfect capture of the late sun light against the colourful walls of these houses! The dramatic sky creates a fine autumn too too. Like the panoramic crop. Great posting!
Hans

Hi James,

I like the contrast and colours in this one. It's a bit too much and I like that! Very nice golden glow and the sharpness of the houses is very good. Good composition!
