[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Picture taken inside the Ss. Peter & Paul Church in Clonmel.

I used a narrow DOF to concentrate on the candles, a symbol of people's faith. I wanted to blur the golden ornaments of Mary's altar symbolizing the riches.
I find them distracting and improper.

simple yet you really showed some symbol for faith... there's just too much bokeh on the BG that you werent able to show a slight semblance of a figure of a blessed saint perhaps.. more like of a wasted negative space.. nonetheless the message is a bit clear and the details and sharpness on the candles are excellent... and hey, that's just me... tfs

The way it's focussed on the candles... I enjoy! The rest in the blur have a strong mood! I believe to my taste, this is the perfect balance of blur you have here to create the mystic mood needed here!
