[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a shot I took some years back, of a ruined church, at Rattoo round tower, near Ballyduff in north Kerry. This was a monastery dating from about 1,000 years ago.

PP: scanned from a small 6" x 4" print, auto levels, adjusted saturation, sharpened with unsharp mask.

I like the colours in this photo. The polarizer has really helped out the sky, and it is contrasted nicely with the yellow-brown grass in the foreground. The old tree and the stonework of the monastery add nice texture.
