Hello everyone. Today I want to offer you a bit different shot. This beauty on the picture is a Squirrel Monkey captured in Fota Wildlife Park

Small and highly gregarious: wild groups may contain 40 or more individuals. The large groups ensure that the squirrel monkeys can compete successfully with large monkeys for food. The Fota group is free ranging.
Threats: Formerly many thousands were caught for the pet trade. Destruction of forest is now a greater threat.
