How Many Eggs do you see? Answers on a postcard to....

This was a shot I made at my sisters house, during a family occasion in 2007. In case you don't know, these are hard boiled eggs, shelled and cut in half.

My world record attempt failed after I had eaten only three ;-)

PP: cropped, increased saturation, sharpened.

Hi Tim,
Quite a smelly picture :-) must admit unique too, the details of these hard boiled eggs is great(you could also have captured some Scottish from above). Well anyway technically it's a fine posting.
Hans

hello
very interesting idea to capture all those eggs
they are beautifull, except those at the center which are overexposed
TFS

i think its a very good idea..
i'm surprised..
good photo

Hi Tim Eggsellent!

Eggcellent idea! I like how they are carelessly scattered about - so vulnerable they are!!! Nice shot!

Hello, Tim.

A very interesting shot which I couldn't resist looking at once I had spied the thumbnail. I might just have tried to crop out the edges of the tray in top and bottom right but that's just a minor niggle.

Who was lucky enough to share your "social space" after you had consumed three of these??

Oh, a bit of advice and nothing to do with photography - if you plunge the eggs into cold water immediately after boiling them, it's supposed to stop the ouside of the yolks going black!

Best Wishes,

John.

Hi
I like the uncharacteristic camerawork. Every topic is good.:)
