Hello Francesco,
Good pose, expression and framing here, but some aspects could be improved in my opinion:
- the light is too harsh. I don't know whether the over-exposure was intended, but the the blown-out parts on his face do not really add something. On the contrary, I think a slower shutter speed and, hence, a darker photo might have added some mystery to this portrait;
- the background is too present. It contains some lines that detract from you model. On my screen, that background even looks a tad sharper than your model. I would have smoothened it by postprocessing (or have chosen another location, but I admit that's not always easy).
Just my personal opinion, of course. Feel free to (dis)agree ;o).
