The white orchids
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is my first macro.
I put these orchids just in front of the open door in order to naturally enlight them. Then I took down the venetian curtain in order to uniform and colour the light; the curtain is pink... In this way the white orchids became less flat and assumed a pink nuance.
When I imported the photo in PP I worked with the aim to give more importance on the details and achieving a more artistic vision of the subject; so I worked in a separate way with the flowers and with the background.
By selecting the firsts I played with levels, shadows/highlight and with the blur tool;
by selecting the second, I made it darker.
This is the result, I'm open to any critics and advises... |
