The crystal dancer
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is just an experiment I made in order to use my new tripod and work with long exposure time (8 seconds).
The subject is a Swarovski Crystal statue belonging to my mother's collection. The piece is called "Anna"; it's the 2004 Swarovski Collectors Society annual edition and it is the 3rd and final annual edition to complete the Magic of Dance trilogy. It represents Anna Pavlova a Russian Ballet dancer, captured in the flowing movement of a ballerina's energetic leap.
In this photo I wanted to play with the light, brightness and transarency.
The only light source is a camping torch I positioned on a wooden table. The rest is only crystal.
I imported the picture without doing any PP processing. |

Hola Dario:
Gran juego de brillos, ojala se pudiera disimular parte de la mesa y el foco de la luz, pero es formidable esta idea, de verdad.
Un saludo, Sara.
