hello dario,
I like to see photos of fisherman. This employment is and of course always will be a primary source of food.
I like the colours here but there is something not quite right about the composition. It is too busy with too much for us to see and not one thing to catch the eye.The ballast? in the foreground is distracting and the backs of the fishermen too dark. And what is that ugly pipe? it does nothing for your composition. I am sorry if I am negative but I can also see some good qualities too. The blue is delightful and the image is sharp.
Just one more thing, upload your picture a little smaller so that it can be seen without the viewer having to scroll to see it.

Very,very nice composition Dario and great colours.
I use the same camera FZ20 :), i'm happy with it, but on most of my captures i must add a bit of sharpness,saturation and sometimes contrast. Kind of ppwork like Ruud has done on this one.
