[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Spanish Steps in Rome. Often called the most famous meeting place in Europe, it is a flight of 138 steps that connect the Piazza di Spagna at the base and church Trinità dei Monti at the top. Spanish Steps is also at north end of Via Del Condotti, which is one of the most exclusive shopping districts in Rome.

This is a very nice place to sit down and just watch the citizens and the thousands of tourists that stream past this place every day.

Not a very easy picture to take given that there was very bright light at the top and heavy shadows at the bottom.

Hi Sunil,
Although the shadows and sunlight are at odds, the Spanish steps are well shown. The crowd is well captured and sharp. The setting sun actually provides good colors and contrast to the church atop. Well done. Danilo

Hello Sunil,
Nice balance of dark to light and still keeping the details in each extreme.
Good work and a very nicely composed image.

Hi Sunil,
I know this place and also took a photo. But mine was not so good, cause of the contrast. You made a good capture.
Great architecture. Good presentation.
greetings,
Joop!
