Well on my European get-away. We took a boat ride down to Capri. Oh my gosh Capri was amazing. The water was so nice and clear, although a little cold still at the time. While in Capri we took one of the most beautiful boat rides ever. We took a small tour/speed boat around the islands. Here is one of the most common scenes for Capri. These are Capri's 3 most famous islands. In mid-day if you go under the arch of the biggest one, you'll see litte blue stones and gems glimmer off of the sunlight and light up the water nicely. Its not off because of the waves on the boat up I think its kind of nice looking so i didn't change that. Hope you like it! :)
I didn't want to take away from the picture so I didn't add a border but I;
- Sharpened
- Auto Contrast
- Auto Levels
- Cropped
- Took out distracting boat in bottom right coner |

Hi Just,
I like the view and the exposure. Colors look great and natural. I can understand the idea of keeping the photo angled as it is taken, since this is a feeling you had when you took the shot from a boat, but we as viewers were not on the boat and just see a photo that is tilted. So as a viewer, I would have liked to see it horizontal.
Regards,
Niek
Nice picture Zach! It kind of reminds me of Cabo San Lucus...or Lands End in Mexico. It has the same kind of rock formations. The colours, composition and sharpness are very good. I know what you mean when sometimes you just want to leave a picture as it came from the camera, and I do sometimes too, but when it is for others to view, it is always nice to have the horizon level. Otherwise an awesome capture of a beautiful place. I love your notes and enjoy reading thme very much.
Keep up the good work,
Nana
