Swaddee Krub Everybody,

This is my contribution to the Friday Theme 2008/06/20 "Windows, window".I took this window shot from Public toilet!,somewhere in Pompei. That I will present to you another in near future.

For PP: I scanned from 35mm negative,I used crop tool to adjust the composition and retouched by filter tool to reduced scratch and dot.Next step,I used curve and shadow/hightlight tool to brighthen and open detail in shadow. Finally,I used filter smart sharpen framing and resize.

A tough shot well handled! I like the natural framing of the window and the sense of distance in the view outside. The light and shadow in the window add depth to the foreground, leading the eye outward to the landscape beyond. You could perhaps try cloning out the horizontal wire that tends to interrupt the perspective, but it is not a serious issue. Wonderful rich colors and strong composition. Well done!

Hi Patshoo!
Amazing window. Good POV. Very good capture. Original frame.
Cheers!

This is wonderful.
You captured a great shot of a beautiful view.
Well composed and nicely done.
