Beautiful color of the building. Was it a sunset or sunrise? Enemy no. 1 here is the electric line. The washed out sky sort of create a heavenly ambiance. Try cloning out the electric line maybe.

Excellent POV, the line a bit disturbing to the eye, next post try to use your clone brush PS to remove it, excellent color and composition,I love the angel, well done!
