[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The "Campanile di Val Montanaia" - literally "Bell Tower of Montanaia Valley" (2173 meters above sea level) belongs to Monfalconi-Spalti di Toro dolomities groups, in High Cimoliana Valley, north of Cimolais (Pordenone).
It is a natural pinnacle of spectacular and sauvage beauty, 300 meters tall and 60 meters wide. It oulines on the sky in the middle of the valley, in a unique position because it is well separated from surrounding mountains.
This picture is taken from the opposite valley, near the path leading to Casera Roncada
