I like the idea but maybe it would work better if the building used to frame the water was cropped at the top and the picture exposed to bring detail out from the sky and sea a little more

a natural frame,good idea.the colors of the sea and the sky is great but I think the dark areas add nothing to your compo,maybe better to get some details from there.
