i like the forms, an interesting crop, well done,
from a window, the light is too strong, but finaly a good compromise for the exposure, and i really like the sun ray from the window on the right

this is a dreamy image.
but perhaps Michelangelo imagined more large scale dream than our dream. all stars in this universe (like those the modern scientists think) are merely little dusts floating in the supreme light. in the light, he surely looked at ideal world beyond visible everything. we only see the very small part of his realization, a very little piece of his dream.

An impressive place - the entire Antwerp Cathedral would fit inside the St-Peter basilica! I like the way you resisted capturing this symmetrically, Marco... I went up inside the cupola, it's amazing how high from the ground you're standing. From this Pov we can't see the metal fence that is put there to prevent people from jumping - or from taking decent pictures through them :-(
The overexposed window and a bit of lens flare give a special mood to the shot, but I'm sorry you cut a spotlight in half on the right.
