Very nice compo, Joop. And a beautiful city too, don't you think? I didn't really like the Piazza del' Popolo that much, though... The three fountains there are a bit "overdone", and I really prefer the Piazza Navona.
Still, these churches are very beautiful, as are most churches in Rome. Excellent DoF here, the people also show the dimension of the buildings.
I'd have cloned out the bird between the towers of the SM in Montesanto, it's a bit distracting IMO.

Piazza Popolo?? zoiets was het toch?
Wat is het een fantastische stad he... Roma....
Een paar jaar geleden zijn Rob en ik daar 5 dagen geweest. Echt heerlijk relaxed. Alle bezienswaardigheden lopend bezocht. Ons hotel lag om de hoek bij het Vaticaan en deze Piazza was daar ook dichtbij...

Mooie foto Joop. Mooie, eerlijke kleuren al zit er wel iets van ruis in de lucht...

An amazing picture for someone such as I who sees it as an architectural dream. Something that would be a great idea today but hard to do...yet back when this was built, obviously no problem. Good image of horizontal thing!

Mooie foto uit het analoge tijdperk, begrijp ik. Binnenkort zijn de rolletjes een collecters item.

Echt typisch - nooit van gehoord, maar wel bijzonder - zit gewoon te kijken of jij geen foefje hebt uitgehaald - maar nee dus Joop.
Voor een niet zo wide angle heb je toch mooi een wijds overzicht neergezet hier.
