"ohhh la la"! If you are not already a model, you should be! You should submit a portfolio to magazines, etc...

Nice pose, intense eyes, interesting textures and details. Black and white is very effective in this presentation. It's really more than a black and white photo with the creative elements. Nice job in the post processing.

I also like your dedication to Mujahid. You look very reflective in this pose. Many are taken for granted in this world, and when they are gone, we realize the impact they have had on our lives. We then learn to treat others in a different way.

un bell'autoritratto. I like the quadrage so much, even if i must ask where do u find those hats ??? :P But, believe me, I like how you enhanced the light on your eyes, and how you managed the light, avoiding OE, but going right to the edge..
The ear could have been maybe less bright, yes, maybe that's the only weakness of your beautiful portrait.
The overall effect is beautiful and eyecatching. Definitely you deserve all the attention the TL people give you

dunque, quando ho visto la foto ho pensato "ma chi e' che pubblica un ritratto di David Hemmings da giovane???"...
forse non ti fara' piacere, ma devi ammettere che la somiglianza, almeno in qs. foto, e' impressionante... =)
hai fatto bene ad alzare il contrasto, perche' i tuoi occhi chiari vengono fuori in modo perfetto, e lo sguardo e' sicuramente l'elemento portante di questo autoritratto (a proposito - hai usato un treppiedi, si?).
riguardo alla tua nota... bisognerebbe trovarlo sempre, il tempo di capire dove stiamo andando e soprattutto, come ci stiamo andando. purtroppo pero' ci si lascia vivere troppo spesso, e quando ci si ferma e' un po' come risvegliarsi in un letto che non si conosce, ci si guarda intorno e si pensa "ma dove sono?"....

Hello young man , good looking guy i see here, love the treatment applied to your face Marco, i like the high key approach for this one, sharpness is in a class , highly precise as to show each single stub of your beard very neatly ( would have liked to see the chin wholly though ) , great focus on your eyes , you're one handsome man my friend.
On a sad note , i read about Mujahid's passing away only about two weeks ago in a thread , it was so sudden and unexpected ,it came as a shock to me and to all who knew him here and it deeply saddens me just to comprehend that this grand human being is now gone forever , he was a well respected man here in the TL community and at home in his beloved Pakistan , a keen and experimented photographer he was ! An immense loss , what is fantastic is that his work has been left for us to admire and he still lives on through his wonderful images ,
