This is a wonderful eye-catching image Sarge. Too bad about the noise. I had downloaded this image to see what it would look like in B&W and discovered that I liked the effect on the clouds, but not on the architecture. I like the shift from the blues of the sea and sky to the colors of the buildings with a desaturated beach in between. I also looked at cropping some of the bottom off with the lower right corner being that point where the red roof with the blue rails meets the edge, because I find some of the things in the foreground a bit distracting (trees, lower roof right next to the tree). The crop did strike my eye as more in keeping with the rule of thirds.

I really enjoy this image. Thank you.

interesting colors, selective colors used maybe, but the noise could be removed in particular in the sky
