Dolceacqua is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 120 km southwest of Genoa and about 35 km west of Imperia, on the border with France. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,998 and an area of 20.2 km².

Dolceacqua borders the following municipalities: Airole, Apricale, Breil-sur-Roya (France), Camporosso, Isolabona, Perinaldo, Rocchetta Nervina, San Biagio della Cima, and Ventimiglia.

Dolceacqua ist eine italienische Gemeinde in der Provinz Imperia in Ligurien. Der Ort liegt etwa 10 km nördlich von Ventimiglia im Val Nervia und hat etwa 1.900 Einwohner. Die angrenzenden Gemeinden sind Airole, Apricale, Breil-sur-Roya (FR-06), Camporosso, Isolabona, Perinaldo, Rocchetta Nervina, San Biagio della Cima und Ventimiglia.

Das Dorf wird überragt vom »Castello dei Doria«. Eine weitere, bekannte Sehenswürdigkeit ist eine Brücke, die, obwohl schon in der Mitte des 15. Jahrhundert erbaut, den Fluss Nervia in einem einzigen Bogen (> 30 m) überspannt. Claude Monet wurde 1884 durch die Brücke zu einem Gemälde inspiriert. Er nannte sie ein »Juwel der Leichtigkeit«.
