Good DOF, Facial shadow, B&W mood. Beautiful. TFS. (perhaps the piercing under the lip could have been healed in PS)
Very interesting shot. I like it.
This has a very classic, timeless feel to it. It feels like it was taken in the 50's, maybe? You have used the square frame well and the toning is perfect.
There's a couple of white spots on the right that are a little distracting, could be cloned out.
