Hello Giorgio,
I like how your tight crop results in a suggestive portrait with a sensual mood.
Black & white was a good choice here.
Good light management and interesting eye-conctact between the model and the lens.

A more conventional shot but nicely composed. Personally I'd prefer to see her leading eye. Light works well here!
