Hi Giorgio,
I will give you credit for a nice composition, nice lines and shape, and good use of the space.
As a B&W, it is a fair quality no more.
The transition between tones aren't smooth enough, lack of details in both shadows and highlights. The image has been overly sharpen, giving it a rough an grainy appearance.

The condition of the light during the shoot, was not ideal to produce a good black and white. Being to high contrast, an overcast day would be a lot more suitable to achieve that result. Would love to see it in it original form, it probably looks better in colour.
My points are for composition....)))

I must admit I prefer colored version but this one on the other hand offers wonderful smooth surfaces and lines that create most lovely graphism and overall composition.

te ne scappi a TL per postare il paesaggio in b/n, eh? =)
questa la trovo un'ottima foto, ho solo una domanda da fare: hai alzato il contrasto o lo sharpening..? la foto a colori ha dei tratti piu'delicati, per cui mi viene da pensare che il fatto che in b/n l'aspetto sia un po'piu' "duro" possa essere dovuto ad una manipolazione o alla conversione...
