Lovely shot of Lake Garda.
Like your composition with the rocks in the foreground.
Maybe a touch over exposed in the sky but still a very good shot.

Wow! One of your best landscapes ever! Good sharpness, beautiful reflections, well composed & excelelnt lighting contrasts with good warm cold colour contrasts also. The only improvement I'd suggest, is burning in the strong highlight in the sky & bg water, with a big feather margin. Tfs!

Hello Bryan,
A fine fine and very scenic Lake Garda. Glad you incorporated the rocks on the f/g. This is probably a type of image that is best suited for HDR processing as it will define the shadows from the tree and temper the bright rocks. Good exposure and depth. Cheers.

Hi Bryan,

A very nice view of the lake, taken from a great POV. I like the inclusion of the foreground rocks as a starting point, and the boats give a good sense of scale. The colors are really wonderful, TFS.

That is a very nice view to look at I like the colour of the water although I have to agree with what has already been said the sky is a little oe but not to the extent that it spoils the shot, good pov lovely dof and great colours well done.

Nice Bryan - excellent composition to include the rocks in the FG! Really sets the scale of the shot nicely. Sharp throughout too which is good.

Maybe a tad oe on the rocks both in FG and on the mountain side but that certainly doesn't take away from this magnificent scenery and I can see that the light is very contrasty!!

Hi Bryan,
The l;ow POV and the rocks on the foreground creates a nice depth in this picture. The greenish water is wonderful. Nevertheless i think the image can be improved, the trees look a bit UE and the sky in the distance a bit OE, so an adjustment of the highlights and shadows might improve this picture, made a WS to show what I mean. Anyway a fine posting Bryan.

Looks like you are having brilliant sunny weather for your vacation, & who wouldn't want to be on that sailboat in the backgound. The things I like about this scene is your choice of POV, the inclusion of the foreground rocks, they, IMHO add strength to this scene,the converging of the mountains from either side appearing as though they join together in the background,takes my eye right into your image, & I liked the natural colours you captured of the lake. The items I thought could be improved, were the slightly OE sky & the UE trees of the left hand side of the image. I noticed that you used a circular polarizer,so I am surprised at the OE sky,just my tuppence worth Bryan,keep on clicking.
