Actually i like the tone , noise and the POV in the shot. But it seems there's too much elemnts here, hard to focus on the lamp. Perhaps it represent stronger mood if it were taken at night.

It's like hidden city secret!
Anchors I like. I find it interesting that the metal skeleton of the anchor is pretty sharp and clear, but the glass and the inside are grainy.
Nice composition and POV as well.
