| This is one of the entrances to the medieval town of San Gimignano near Florence. The place is very pretty, narrow cobble stoned streets winding through medieval houses and a beautiful little fort at the tallest point in the middle of the town. This is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Italy. The town is surrounded by vineyards and olive grooves and has its own wine that you can buy. |
