Fantastic work Silvio! I am up early today! This is super sharp! Cool looking beetle! We have these here! I wonder if you have "click" beetles there. When they get flipped over, they bow their backs and POP up into the air and flip over! It's scary!

Very nice!

Great macro shot with this close up of the red/black bug in such sharp detail on the yellow flower. The green at the left is superb!

I like the light, playing well to bring out the saturation and contrast very nicely.

an artistic picture,
a combination of colors is so vivid,
and a contrast of shapes among the round flower, the bur bud and the patterned back of Trichodes alvearius is very joyful.
we can see lots of Cleridae in Japan too, but I have not seen this Trichodes alvearius. the red and black pattern is very interesting and beautiful.

Superb macro capture from a colorful banded insect with great sharpness and from a well chosen POV! The DOF is very well managed and the clarity is perfect in the shot. The yellow flower adds great dynamism into the shot and subsequently gives great contrast to the insect.
