a very graceful picture of vivid orange Lycaena virgaurea.
brown and white edge is clear and it enhances the shining orange color of wings.
pattern of wings is really like ribbon or woven bamboo.
and blurred green back matches well this orange color.

Dear Silvio,

Wow, what a superb capture of the copper colored butterfly with wonderful sharpness and from a marvelously chosen POV. The tentacles and thorax part of the butterfly are very well shown. I like the DOF in the capture, as it looks like a 3D capture.

Dirti che le tue foto sono belle sarebbe riduttivo.
Ti dico solo che non sono mai riuscito a fare macro così belle. Mi sfugge sempre qualcosa e non riesco a catturare l'attenzione sui dettagli come fai tu.

Une petite merveille que ce joli papillon à la robe orange délicatement posé sur un lit de fleurs blanches!!!
C'est superbe tant par les détails et cet effet qui lui permet de ressortir sur ce fond flou!!!
